The room to rent is situated on Broadway and 99th Street, Upper West Side in New York, within a 7-floor building which has an elevator. It also has the following amenities: A laundry room in the basement, which is coin-operated as well as a reception area at the entrance where someone is on duty 24 hours a day.

The room is furnished with a double bed and a flat screen TV with basic cable where you can watch TV series and movies. The room is outfitted with a mini refrigerator to store food. It also features an air-conditioning unit to cool down the space when you feel too warm during the summer, and internet access to log on to the web for study or entertainment purposes.

The kitchen area on each floor makes the experience friendly by sharing it with the occupants of 17 rooms. There is a total of three bathrooms to be shared with 13 other rooms. For nightlife, many bars and cafes are located a few blocks from the premises where you can enjoy an array of different vibes from dive bars like Abbey Pub to jazz clubs like SMOKE. If you wish to travel around, the red line (1, 2, 3 trains) is three blocks away at 96th Street station.
