This super quiet building is equipped with a full-time doorman, live-in super, and laundry in the basement. Utilities inclde WIFI, cable, and A/C. The apartment has amazing skyline and park views (see all of the neighborhood dogs in the morning), and gets great light during the day. Bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size Tempur pedic bed, dresser with mirror, a small desk, and there is a closet.

This share is suited for one professional, non-smoker female. We will share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. No Pets. Light cooking is preferred. No smoking of any sort.

Neighborhood features: Quick walk to Whole Foods and shops at Columbus Square. 10 minute walk to 1,2,3 EXPRESS Train. Central Park across the street (of course)

Once again, I prefer a female roommate with a 9-5 job. 1 Year commitment strongly preferred. NO "Live In" boyfriend.

A little about me: I leave daily 7:00 am -9:00 pm. I'm interested in fitness, I LOVE museums and Central Park.
