Monthly rent is $1,200. Utilities not included (usually $80 a month). Individual will be taking over remainder of lease (lease ends October 14, 2015). Moving because of job relocation. Lease can begin promptly in April at a prorated cost of $40 per day.

Apartment is clean. Kitchen and bathroom have been updated. Bedroom gets plenty of sunlight. Building is well maintained with live-in super. Management company has always been accessible and tends to requests promptly.
