Building is just a 5-minute walk from the Newport PATH station and 1 stop away from Manhattan.
Room is massive and is fully furnished with a full-size bed and a desk. Roommates are very chill and are always open to chatting, but otherwise quiet and all have their own thing going on. This is a very peaceful neighborhood and building and we value someone who is also neat.
Sublet dates are flexible, but ideally you would rent for the whole period.
