The Main Ground Level includes a fully equipped kitchen and a living area. The Basement contains another living area, a laundry room, a toilet, and access to the backyard, which has a barbecue area.

Each level has a shared bathroom available for use.

The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, cutlery, and all utility accounts already set up, so the only thing you’ll need to bring is your suitcase.

Additional fees

Utility Allowance Fee* (electricity, gas, where applicable, WiFi, water) $ 149.00 (Per Month) (The package includes monthly cleaning, essential supplies, and 24/7 customer support)

Outpost Application Process:
1. Complete the Application: The applicant will fill out the Outpost application and pay a $20 application fee.
2. Background Check: Outpost will conduct a credit and background check.
3. Invoice for Security Deposit: If the checks are satisfactory, an invoice for the security deposit will be sent. This can be paid through Qira’s Deposit Replacement Program.
4. Committee Approval: Once the security deposit is paid, the application will be forwarded to the committee for approval, which typically takes about 24 hours.
5. Finalize Booking: If approved, the applicant will need to pay the first month's rent (this is provided as an incentive) and sign the lease.
