We are offering an amazing master bedroom in a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment, available immediately! Your room is 19' x 16', very large for Manhattan, has wall to wall closets and its own private full bathroom! Utilities and house-keeping fees are additional and shared equally, which average about $150 a month.

Our apartment building offers:

- 24 hr doormen service
- on-site laundry
- dishwasher / kitchen appliances
- large living room and dining area
- 1 block to subway
- health club and swimming pool / roof deck (extra fee)
- parking garage under building (if needed)

We are 2 female professionals in our early/late 30's who work normal day hours and are quite laid back. We prefer the apartment to be clean, however, we are not clean freaks. We don't entertain a lot, but enjoy having friends over once in a while.

We are looking for a professional, normal and responsible roommate who is relatively low-key. We've been very lucky to have really nice and respectful roommates up until now, and are looking for the same qualities in our new roommate.
