Located on Manhattan's Upper West Side, our West 94th Street residence is a super-easy commute from anywhere in the city.

Freshly renovated studios in a great location for stays of 30 days or more.

Your studio includes all utilities (except WiFi), and free housekeeping services with a coin-operated laundry room. You’ll have your own kitchenette equipped with a sink, stovetop, refrigerator. Wifi is $40 per month.

The residence has a 24-hour security desk. Students attending Columbia University, Fordham Law School, FIT and NYIT are among those who call the 94th Street residence home.

Included Features: Dresser drawers, Mini Refrigerator, Desk with chair Elevator, Air conditioning and heat in every room. There is a Laundry Facility in the building. Linens, pillows and blankets are also provided at no extra cost.

Please note that although the residence is not exclusive to students although 90% of the building is students or interns.
