I’m looking to sublet my apartment in Nolita for 3 months (perhaps more TBD). One or two people max. A couple would be ideal. Dates can be flexible.

The top floor features vaulted ceilings, and French doors that open up to a spacious garden with a table and outdoor sofa. This floor includes a living room with a big screen TV, a foyer, a kitchen, and a full bathroom.

Additionally, there's a cozy nook accessible by ladder, that holds a Queen bed.
The downstairs is large and divided into two sections by a large bookshelf. One half serves as an office with a futon that converts into a full-size bed, while the other half is the bedroom and it has a Queen bed with an adjustable base, a big screen TV in front of it, and a full bathroom with shower.

We are open to hosting 1-2 mature adults for 3-6 months (give or take). If you're interested, feel free to message me for more details. No smoking inside. No pets.
