Property Details
I'm a faculty member at a university who will be on sabbatical this academic year, so I'm looking to sublet my 2-bedroom apartment in beautiful Inwood, Manhattan. The apartment overlooks Inwood Hill Park, one of several parks in the neighborhood. It is two blocks away from 207th St. A train station. The supermarket is also two blocks away, and there are plentiful restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby on Broadway as well Dyckman Street. It's on the 4th floor in a pre-war walk-up building.
The unit is rent-stabilized, and the rent would increase after my lease renewal in December, by 2.75%. I can leave the apartment partially furnished if desired but plan to take some of the furniture for the year, including the bed, desk, and dresser in the park-side bedroom. Need application, $20 application fee, first month's rent, and one-month security deposit to secure the apartment.
Additional fees
Landlord requires standard tenant applicaton for subletters. The fee is $20.
