Pets: dogs must be small. Pets must be well trained and properly cleaned up after. Preferably no cats, due to cat allergies of current roommate, but you will be responsible for cleaning up after it and any damage to furniture due to your pet.
Furnishing: living room, kitchen and bathroom are furnished, dining table is collapsible, and there’s a kitchen island counter with bar stools. Kitchen will be missing a rice cooker, and you may be asked to split the cost of a new one. For the bedroom, the leased room is the room on the right and facing the street and the entrance of the building. As such, there may be the occasional noise, but optional blackout curtains are included. Bed (full size) frame and cabinet are free if you would like to have them in the bedroom, but can be disposed of by existing tenant if unnecessary.
You are expected to get along with roommates, and to respect their privacy and to request permission from them for bringing people over, or to use their personal items. Everything must be kept tidy, with collaborative weekly chores and if you damage the walls or floors, you are responsible for making everything look as good as new.
