Amenities

In-Unit
Washer and Dryer: They’re high-tech (every setting you could imagine), fast, effective and covered by a door (which keeps the sound low).
Kitchen Appliances: The stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge are modern and up-to-date. I absolutely love the fridge!
Air-Con/Heat: I loved having a built in air-con and heating system with customizable heating and cooling and wasn’t unsightly to look at. My window real estate was not compromised!
Storage:
The shelving in my closet maximizes the space I can use to store clothing, out-of-season items, suitcases, back-stock etc.
The built-in shelving below the bathroom sink and behind the mirror is large and provides an amazing amount of space for toiletries.
Kitchen cabinets are roomy and run to the ceiling, so there is lots of space, and the cabinets have a tracking feature so they don’t slam shut!
Intercom/Front Desk phone: How the front desk gets in touch with you when take-out or guests arrive, and how you get in touch with them if you need anything … really anything!

In-Building
You will be able to pay for a “amenity fee” for the year (valued at $1,200). This includes the following:

Rooftop (Outdoor)
breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline and Williamsburg Bridge
benches, tables, loungers; space to read, eat, chat etc.
grills available to rent (free)

Club Level (Indoor)
floor-to-ceiling windows
common area with couches, tables, and chairs
pool table
ping pong table
conference room access (this space can also be booked for events for a fee)
Outdoor grills available to rent (free)

Fitness Center (Indoor)
Floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Manhattan skyline
Peloton bikes
ellipticals
treadmills
squat rack
strength training

Staff
When I moved into the building, I realized there were more benefits than I imagined. Yes, the fitness center is gorgeous and the views of Manhattan are breathtaking, but I think that the staff are the ‘x-factor’. The building staff are kind, conscientious, and go the extra mile to save you time and energy.
Front desk: You receive a warm greeting every time you pass the front desk. You feel at home!
Maintenance: The maintenance staff are very friendly and respond quickly to online requests.
Mailroom: The mailroom team is very helpful, and are willing to take back FedEx and USPS orders for return (you’ll never go to the post office again!).

Local
Domino Park: This is an amazing park just steps from your door. Complete with a dog park, taco joint, Roberta’s, and many more shops coming soon. Plus they have an amazing farmer’s market every Sunday!
Partnerships: Local businesses partner to offer exclusive discounts to residents. For example, Dandy Wine & Spirits (downstairs) offers a 25% discount to residents, last month a dentist office offered free teeth cleanings, a new nail salon (downstairs) runs promotions for residents, etc. There are 1-5 new partnerships announced each month.
Events: Additionally, the building organizes holiday celebrations, for example, we had doughnuts in the lobby last week!

Transportation
Shuttle service to L train (Bedford Ave) and JMZ train (Marcy Ave)
Subway service is 15min walk to Bedford Ave (L) and 14min walk to Marcy Ave (JMZ)
East River ferry service from South Williamsburg (7min walk) and North Williamsburg (12min walk), to Hunter’s Point, East 34th St, Greenpoint, Dumbo, Wall St/Pier 11
