Property Details

The room is available for net rent for $1584 in a two bedroom apartment in east Williamsburg - conveniently located near the L,G,J, and Z trains. There are 5 weeks free at the end of the lease starting the last week of December so your net rent is $1584. Your monthly payment until then is $2000. This would be a lease transfer, starting August 1st. You will have the option to renew in February. The room will be available the week of July 15th so an earlier move in can be negotiated with the with the prorated rent paid directly. You would get the master bedroom, with a large closet. There is enough room for a queen size bed, large desk, and additional furniture. It is a really large room by NY standards. The apartment is located on a 2nd floor walk up. There is a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and island. There is a large Food Bazaar 6 minutes walking from the apartment. The other roommate is in his early 30's and is looking for someone who will prioritize cleanliness and maintain a good vibe in the apartment. He works in office 3 days a week. Pets are welcome in this apartment. Please note: this is a rent transfer and you would apply through the management company (I will help you facilitate). Typical requirements: 40x rent required or guarantors, proof of income/employment, etc.

Incentives

I'm willing to part ways with some of the furniture so we can discuss anything you'd like to have. You would be getting the master bedroom and there is a sizeable closet.

Additional fees

I believe the application fee is $20 and then a deposit of $2000 is required.
