Avalon Cove is an 8-minute walk away from the Newport PATH station and about a 15-minute walk from Exchange Place. It's also right across the street from BJ's and ShopRite and sits right in front of the Hudson River, giving tenants a stunning view of the NYC skyline. Our favorite amenities are the gym and racquetball court! The gym is separated into 2 rooms, one for weights and the other for cardio. They have lots of equipment and water stations. We use the racquetball court for volleyball, and it's at least 1 hour of fun when you reserve it for your apartment + friends. Our unit itself is 1,106 square feet and - although it's not a view of the water - gets a lot of natural light during the day! We're also located at the corner of the wing so there's only one neighbor to our left.
