Hi!! Looking for someone to take the second room in my 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in the East Village on Saint Marks since my roommate is moving out so I will be the roommate:) This would be a 12 month lease starting September 1st! If you need to move any furniture before that date that can also work:) Reach out with any questions:) I can also send you a video of the apartment!

Bit of info:
- Move in September 1st, 2024 perfect for students
- $1850/month (guarantors required, can have multiple)
- Utilities $80~/month
- A lot of natural sunlight with bedroom window facing the south
- Also every room in the apartment has windows so it’s always nice and sunny
- 2nd floor walk up
- no pests or rats, super keeps building really clean
- rooftop access!!

Location:
- On Saint Marks so lots of stuff to do
- One block from laundromat and from drop off laundry
- Wegmans, CVS, Astor Plce (6 train) are all one block away
- 10 min from NYU, Union Square and whole foods, and Trader Joes

Little but about me:
- Rising senior at NYU
- I would love to be friends but I totally understand if you like to be more quiet, all up to you
- I like to have friends over sometimes but we mostly stay in my room and they rarely come around in the weekdays
- I would like a roommate that is able to keep shared area clean :)
- I am mostly away from the apartment until the evening so you would have it all to yourself until then
