The room available has a private bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. There is a washer/dryer in-unit. The room is available July 1st-October 1st, with the option to renew after the 3 months. The other tenants are between the ages of 22-29. Two are males. Two are females. All are working professionals! Everyone mainly keeps to themself, while also enjoying a kitchen chat or movie night from time-to-time! All are very respectful and clean. The room can come furnished with a twin bed and desk or unfurnished (whichever you desire). A full bed does fit, but it is a tighter squeeze! Extra utilities range between $20-$25/month.
