This is one of the nicest luxury one bedroom apartments in Downtown Brooklyn / Fort Greene – and for serious prospective tenants, I am willing to lower the monthly rent through a subsidy for the remainder of the rent.

The Ashland (the building) is also exceptionally tenant-friendly and tenant-centered. You can see for yourself by Google searching "The Ashland Brooklyn" and giving some of the Google reviews a read, which you will find overwhelming positive (a rare treat in NYC!). (Some of the only negative reviews you will read are related to the elevator – but with 6 elevators for the building (4 of which are dedicated to higher floors, such as to this unit), it's not bad at all in reality).

Did I also mention that the Ashland is rent-controlled? It's a win-win-win.
