Our lease runs through the end of February 2025 and would have the option to renew directly with the building after that. The monthly rent is $5400, but we are willing to cover half of the first month’s rent, reducing the net effective to $5100 over the lease duration. Based on current listings this is a fair bit under market, and would be a great opportunity to pivot to an off peak lease cycle!
We’ve loved living here and are only leaving due to an out of state job relocation. The building has awesome amenities that are free to use (gym, grills, coworking space, roof deck, the whole shebang). Including some pics of the unit below.
