Come take over our luxury palace in the sky. With sweeping views of all of Manhattan, located directly on the East River, this apartment is hard for us to leave. The building is wonderful and has all of the finishes and amenities of a high-end luxury building.
My wife and I are moving to Long Island which is why we are leaving our lease early. We have invested considerable money decorating and optimizing this unit with items such as a Nest thermostat and built-in lighting. Ideally, we can find someone who not only wants to take over this unit, with it's option to renew starting Aug 1, but also someone who appreciates the improvements we've made to the apartment and wants to keep them.
The rent is currently $5,050/month plus a $100/month amenity fee (but I will cover $750/ month for the remaining 2 months. The renewal rate starting August 1st is $5,202/month but I know that can be negotiated down as they also reduce is by $100-200/month when requested.
