We are moving early and looking for someone to reassign our lease to, ending on September 6. Or, you can also start a new year long contract if you prefer. The current rent is $4250 / month.

Available starting May 18th. We will be fully moving out, the unit will be unfurnished.

1 bedroom, 1 bath. 750 square feet, with 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows.

The bedroom is spacious enough for a king-sized bed, dresser, and multiple desks/vanity table.

There are two double closets in the entry and one double closet in the bedroom. All full-height, with hanging rods and shelves above for extra space.

Space in the entryway for a bench and shoe rack.

Living room is big enough for a 3+ seater couch with chaise and a desk.

In-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, microwave. The building has Fios, we have the somewhat rare 2gig plan.

The apartment is on the 46th floor of the Hub, a luxury high-rise. They have a package room, 24h doorman, and for $100/mo, access to a full gym, dog park, pool, movie theater, lounge/work/social space (with kitchen; can be reserved for private events), outdoor area with grills (can also be reserved), and rooftop.

Across the street from Nevins St (2,3,4,5), 3 minute walk to Dekalb Ave (B,D,N,Q,W,R), 5 in walk to Hoyt-Schemerhorn St (A,C,G), 10 min walk to Barclay's / Atlantic Ave Station.

Whole Foods is across the street. Trader Joe's and DeKalb food hall are a 10 min walk. 5 min walk to Fort Greene, with markets like Mr. Mango and Fort Greene Market.

Management is relaxed and helpful. Maintenence is great, they respond to requests the same day. Front desk staff are personable and very helpful.

The building will require standard application materials for both lease assignment and new 1-year leases. From what we experienced, this will be:

We moved in on a lease transfer ourselves so we've already been through this process with the building and know what to expect.
