I am relocating to California by June 3rd at the latest. I am trying to find someone to take over the remainder of my lease or start a new 12-month lease.

I plan to gift a substantial amount of my furniture, which I'd be happy to give to whoever takes over the apartment.

**Rent is $3,400 for the remainder of my lease. Rent on a longer-term lease would be up to the owner.
