• Consists of bedroom, lounge, kitchen is in the hallway between the two rooms, and a decent sized bathroom with a large shower and in-unit washer-dryer.

• Kitchen has large fridge-freezer, a separate wine fridge, drawer dishwasher under the sink, microwave, stove, oven etc.

• Centrally heated building, never too cold and always hot water.

• The Super is great, always responsive and has sorted any issues within 24hrs.

• There is a fan in the lounge area and I put AC in the bedroom (which will stay).

• The apt is super nice, perfect location to get around Manhattan either walking or via subway. I'm only moving as my job has changed so I'll be leaving the US.
