I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the beginning of June of this year, and expires on July 14th. The suite has four bedrooms, but currently there is only one other roommate. However, there are two other vacant rooms meaning they can be filled anytime.
The suite is located at the Agnes in Jersey City. Included is a gym, a pool, and an outdoor common area for barbecues. . The entire suite is furnished with in house laundry, a den with a TV, and a kitchen. The room has its own private bathroom as well.
Currently, rent is $1491.00 per month with everything included. If you decide to sign a 12 month lease in the middle of July, rent will go up $1599.00 per month. If you decide to sign a lease shorter than twelve months, then rent will be high per month as well.
