This is a CU-managed housing, furnished by me. The bedroom is in a suite with many shared bathrooms. I will probably be absent from New York during July 2024 and August 2024. I wish to find someone who have interest in residing in this place during this time. If confirmed your interest, you needn't pay deposit at first stage. I would submit a sublet application to CU Residential. If approved, then I would require a $1,200 deposit and $1,575 first month sub-rent from you (with DocuSign as evidence) before you move in. The second month sub-rent would due on the first day of your second month during sublet. After you move out, if you have paid sub-rent in time and keep the room in good condition, then I would fully refund you the $1,200 deposit.
