I am subletting this unit as I head home for the summer to spend time with my family. You will have two other roommates who are very friendly and hygienic. They have been my roommates for the past two years and are extremely fun to be with. They usually mind their own business and stay in their rooms so you will have all the space to yourself.

All utilities are INCLUDED in the rent so no need to worry about that! There is no laundry in the building but there are tons of laundromats right around the corner. The room is extremely cosy and has great natural lighting as shown in the image.
