Property Details

I am taking a temporary job out of state, so I am looking for someone to sublet my room in a 2bed/2bath apartment! The apartment is available from May 19, 2024 to November 17, 2024, and I'm willing to sublet for any time period within those dates (but prefer the whole period).

The room will be furnished with a queen-sized bed, desk, chair, and I will be taking a lot of my belongings so there will be lots of closet/cabinet space. The kitchen is fully furnished (microwave, oven, pots/pans, cutlery, etc.). We also have a Peloton in the living room, which is furnished with couches and a TV. The apartment is north-facing, so there's lots of natural light throughout the day and plants really thrive in the apartment.

Rent is $2,574 per month, with utilities (high-speed wi-fi and electricity) ranging from $70 to $150 a month depending on electricity usage.

The building/apartment has the following amenities:

- shared patio on same floor as apartment

- elevator

The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the Grand L stop, and there are 5 grocery stores within a 8-minute walking distance from the apartment. You are also close to Cooper Park (~8 min walking) and McCarren Park (~15 min walking).

You would be living with my current roommate Sarah, who is a 29-year old professional working in education in NYC. She is a lovely roommate and a wonderful cook!
