Large studio apartment on the 29th floor with beautiful views of Midtown Manhattan. The layout is great for a studio with the queen size bed situated in a set back alcove away from the main living area. The apartment is modern and fully furnished - no additional furniture will be permitted without first receiving approval. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, a small dining table and chairs, a desk/workstation, sofa, and queen sized bed. The apartment also has a tv and the kitchen is fully equipped.

The building has a gym with an indoor pool and a resident terrace located on the 7th floor. It is conveniently located a short walk to the Hudson River (1 block) and to the Times Square and Hudson Yards subways.

The preferred rental period is from June 30th, 2024-September 14th, 2024, but slightly shorter would be possible.

The subletter will pay the current tenant for electric (tbd based on usage, usually $50-$75/mo). I will continue to pay for wifi and there is Netflix etc. on the tv that can be used.

The sublet process is completed through the building management, offering the subletter and tenant better security. An upfront security deposit will also be required and returned at the end of the lease after assessing the apartment and its contents for any damage.

Additional fee

There is a $20 credit check fee administered by the building management. Standard application paperwork and information is required by building management including government issued photo ID, proof of employment, etc.
