Gorgeous apartment in pre war walkup in the East Village!

You’d be taking the third room which does not have a window! But does have a huge closet, enough room for a full sized bed and dresser, and a brand new wall mounted air conditioner that was just installed last week.

The apartment itself is completely renovated, spacious shower, and has a dishwasher. There’s no laundry in unit or building but there’s a place right across the street. We also live a two minute walk from Target, Trader Joe’s, and the L train stop!

Your roommates would be me and Neha who are 25 and 26 and work in marketing! We love to explore happy hours and go on walks on the weekdays and to go out and to concerts on the weekend!

I have a cat, Phoebe Bridgers, so you must be ok with that! I’m open to another cat but will have to talk on a case by case basis. Hope to speak with you soon :)
