This is a great apartment in Stuytown that has a beautiful view of the East River! There are three bedrooms, but I live most of the time elsewhere, so even though it’s a 3 bedroom, there are really only 2 people living there full time. The available bedroom is fully furnished with almost new furniture (flexible on some of that if you have your own furniture) and the apartment is 100% furnished and stocked with everything including pots, pans, cutlery, cleaning supplies, etc.

Utilities are included in the rent and AC is only a flat fee of $25/month which is amazing in the summer! There is a full kitchen with tons of cupboard space and a large dishwasher. There is also a lot of closet space in general. The building has an elevator and laundry is right on the 1st floor. There's also great natural light in every bedroom! The apartment is clean and tidy and cozily decorated. I absolutely love living here and you would too!

I live part time in Europe, so I’m only back occasionally which basically makes it 3 bed prices for a 2 bed! My bedroom is still there with a lot of my stuff, so I’ll be back every once in a while with my Yorkie, Teddy. 😊
