hi! looking for someone to take over my lease starting May 1st that runs through April 2025 (can be flexible on the start date for the right person). The bedroom is a master with a walk in closet! It is a true bedroom in a 2 bed/2 flex You would be sharing the bathroom with one other girls. The building features a doorman, washer and dryer on every floor, a rooftop, a year round pool, gym, and a study/resident lounge. The views are spectacular and management is always around. The apartment is in Murray Hill Tower on 40th and 2nd - a 7 min walk from Grand Central and right in front of the M15 bus stop. It’s on the 34th floor and has amazing views!
Price: $2,029 a month + $50 amenity fee each month. Wi-Fi is $18 a month and utilities range from $30-50/month (higher in summer months)
The roommates: We are three 24-year-old girls that met last year in this fb group. We love to have fun and go out and are very social but also enjoy a Friday night in and a Sunday rot on the couch. We are looking for another roommate around the same age who we could hopefully become friends with. We like to keep out communal space very clean and are respectful of one another.
