Building: Fantastic location in Hell's Kitchen. 24/7 doorman that takes care of packages. Once they are received, you will get a notification from the building. Maintenance is extremely responsive and helpful. The gym is located on the first floor, with everything anyone needs. Pet concierge service in-building as well, beautiful rooftop, wonderful outdoor spaces and terraces, and a children’s playroom in the building. Dry cleaning service through the front desk and grocery store two blocks away. Gotham Market is located at the bottom of the building, making it easy to grab a quick bite to eat if you are ever in a rush.

Apartment (On 12th Floor): Apartment is approximately 970 square feet. Two-bedroom apartment with views of Manhattan and the Hudson River. The apartment comes with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The trash room is located on the same floor. Plenty of room for four people in the apartment, along with a desk if you work from home and want a view! A/C works great (not window units but in-apartment units in both bedrooms and living room). Flexible on move in date!

We have really enjoyed living here and are sad to be leaving. This is the perfect building for anyone, from professionals to students to families. Please feel free to reach out with any questions at all.

Additional fee

You will have to submit an application online and provide supporting documents through that application. The app fee will be $20. You must submit a photo issue ID, two most recent pay stubs or tax returns, and a most recent bank statement. Once all is approved, there will need to be hard-copy signing of the documents at the leasing office or if outside they would need to be notarized. We are happy to assist with this process and answer any questions - took us only a day or two to complete.

One month's rent is due from the assignee at assignment signing, which will be applied to the first month's rent.
