The room gets amazing light with 2 big windows, very high ceilings, white brick accent walls, and can fit a bed, desk, and dresser. The apartment itself is super clean and quiet, and I have loved living here. It is a 5th floor walkup. The living room and kitchen will be fully furnished.
My roommates are in their twenties, super friendly and wonderful, and I will miss living with them. Their instagrams are @jessicawyricksolari and @marywinsta. Both work in the office during the day.
It is available starting 4/12 (or for May move in), and the lease goes through 9/30, with the option to renew.
