We are looking for someone to take over a 3-month lease with a flex start date in early May. If you'd like, you can renew the lease at the end of July. The apartment itself is super cute and you get tons of sun coming in!! The kitchen has great counter space and a FULL-SIZE dishwasher. Each room has an individual heater and the apartment also comes with an AC unit. The primary bedroom has two windows and can fit a queen size bed with a desk, chair, and a dresser (huge full-sized closet in the hallway) with a view of the Empire State Building. The secondary bedroom is super bright with huge windows and can fit a full-sized bed with a desk, chair, and a dresser and has a full size closet. The living room is spacious and we are open to leaving the couch for a small fee if you prefer. Utilities of electric and wifi together generally total to ~$100/mo, water and heat are covered by rent.

The location is 5 minutes from the 6 train (33rd St) and 8 minutes from the Grand Central Station. It's a popular area with tons of bars, restaurants, and cute cafes. Easy walk to Madison Ave/Park Ave as well as Flatiron and KTown!!
