The apartment is a 5 floor walk up in East Village close to Bowery / NoHo (2nd Ave and 5th). The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the 6 train, 5-minute walk from F / C / A, and a 10-minute walk from N / R / W. No laundry in building but 3 laundromats (including wash and fold) within a block.

About the room:

• Rent is $1,893 with utilities (wifi + gas) running approximately $50/month
• Lots of natural sunlight and fire escape access
• 11x9 room that fits a queen bed and has 2 windows and a large closet

About the roommates:

Sade is in her late-20s and is originally from LA and moved to NYC in 2021. On the weekends, she enjoys concerts, going out dancing, trying new restaurants and spending time with friends in the city. During the week, she works from home everyday in sustainability consulting. She would love to be friends with the new roommate!

Noni is in her early 20s and is originally from Maryland. She moved to NYC for university in 2020 and is finishing her last year at NYU studying film. During the week, she has classes and work, and during the weekend, she enjoys going out to restaurants and cafes, seeing movies, and spending times with friends and family.

About you:

We are looking for a woman who is clean, quiet during the week, considerate, and a good communicator. No pets please!

While the timing is flexible and we are open to a sublet, we will prioritize someone who wants to do a lease takeover in early April with plans to renew at the end of July.
