The price is so good: 3595/month. This is because I signed the lease with the office last summer so now you can keep that rate for the rest 1 year. (Today's studio price is around 4000) And if there are any subleasing fees, I will take care of it. Plus, you can renew the lease with the office after June 2025.
In unit laundry, dishwasher, full kitchen, big windows with the view of the pool, doorman, package management, etc. Nice luxury building but in a great price.
