Looking for ONE CLEAN, EMPLOYED, RESPECTFUL, and RESPONSIBLE FEMALE roommate to sublease the master bedroom suite of this beautiful, sunny, quiet, renovated, and spacious 2 bed/2 bath house.

The master suite includes private bathroom, 3 storage cabinets, WALK IN CLOSET, heating/cooling wall unit, thermostat for heated floors, ceiling fan, washer/dryer, door to backyard, and two skylights all INSIDE of the master suite. The other roommate is female and you will share the washer/dryer with her when the need is communicated.
• You will have access to the entire house, including the front yard, backyard, kitchen, living room, and sitting room.
• Rent includes one parking space, water, sewer, gas, trash pickup, and landscaping. Tenants are responsible for half of the electric bill, internet (we use Verizon), and snow removal. Overall, utilities usually total around $120 per month per person.
• Conveniently located near a Stop and Shop and famous pizza restaurant (5mins), multiple restaurants and delis, two metro north train stations (North White Plains and Valhalla, both 6-7mins), and Kensico Dam (6mins). Cranberry Lake Preserve will be your backyard, so it is perfect for those who love nature, outdoors, and hiking!
• Also nearby is North Broadway, providing convenient access to downtown White Plains (15mins), and all major roadways: I-287, I-95, I-684, I-87, Saw Mill River Parkway, Hutchinson River Parkway, Bronx River Parkway, Sprain Brook Parkway, and Taconic State Parkway. (40 minute drive to Midtown Manhattan)
• The zoned school district is Valhalla, but there are many other neighboring schools (BOCES, George Washington), making this a great fit for a teacher. This is also a great location for students attending Pace University or SUNY Purchase, hospital employees, or any employees/interns/co-ops for one of the many corporate sites in the area (Pepsi, Regeneron, IBM, MTA, ConEd, etc.)
I would love to stay in this house, but the semi-remote nature of the location no longer matches my lifestyle needs. I highly recommend only considering this unit if you have access to a car.

The landlords are the homeowners who also happened to build this home. They both live onsite part time in the mother-in-law suite, which has a separate entrance. They are both male and very responsive and helpful.
