2. There is a $20 non-refundable fee and a background check will be conducted.

3. Shortly after you submit your application, you will receive an email with a link to upload your documents:

- 2021 and 2022 Tax Return
- 2022 W2s
- Proof of income
- Last two pay stubs
- Most recent bank statement - need the Name and Balance Sheet ONLY, not the transactions
- Scan of front & back of government issued photo ID
