The apt is 2bedroom 2bathroom brand new apt,railroad style, which enhances the privacy of each of us. Semi studio is at the entrance. My bathroom and kitchen line up in the hallway up to my bedroom. I have double door so we dont see or hear each other which gives me and guest great privacy.
The room has many amenities. Fully furnished, a nice work space with a sturdy table and sitting area with couch, just designed as studio. Fridge, microwave. toaster, kettle, coffee maker. You can prepare your quick meals or breakfast in your space or welcome to use main kitchen.
I am super clean. I have 2 cats, they usually hang out in my room
We provide a set of keys for room and apartments as well.
I prefer to know little more about each other. I am open for meeting in person or video chat can work too.

Many round-the-clock grocery stores on Broadway, laundry, bank, pharmacies and many restaurants as well. We have great 8-10 chic restaurants within 8 blocks. Subway system is great here so you wont have difficulties with transportation!
This apartment is located two short blocks from the 1 train station at 137th Street and nine blocks from the A/B/C/D trains at 145th Street. If you walk west towards the water for roughly 1-2 minutes, you can see beautiful views of the Hudson River!

There are two big grocery stores, a few laundromat, and a Rite-Aid and Duane Reade pharmacies within walking distance, along with bodegas for other convenience items on each corner. There is a Subway (sandwiches, not the train) located right at the corner, a 24-hour McDonald's, several delis open 24 hours, a number of local bars, and many amazing restaurants open late (i. e. Mexican, Asian, Dominican, Italian anything you’re looking for!). Riverbank State Park is just across the street which a beautiful park that’s great for walking, jogging, track running, swimming, skating, etc.
