I am looking for a mature, responsible person to sublet my apartment for April 15-May15 (dates flexible), with possibility to extend to June 1. There are no roommates, you will have the place to yourself.

Price is $2500 for 4-week sublet, which includes utilities and Wi-Fi.

The apartment is kept clean and well-maintained. It gets plenty of sunlight and the building, overall, is a clean, quiet and a great place to live. Queen-size bed in bedroom; pull-out queen-size bed in living room. Dishwasher in kitchen.

The neighborhood is fantastic: short walk to Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Garden, and Prospect Park. There are tons of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars throughout the neighborhood, and plenty on my street alone.

Very well-connected to subways. About 15 minutes to downtown Manhattan. Subways: A,C to Franklin Ave; 2,3,4,5 to Franklin Ave; S to Park Place.

PLEASE NOTE: This offer is open to ONE subletter; I cannot sublet to groups or couples. The apartment is a 4-floor walkup, no elevator. No smoking apartment and no pets are allowed in building.

I will ask you to read over and agree to a basic subletters contract--this way we both are clear on the arrangement and can feel comfortable about it.
