It is a high floor unit with a private balcony and was recently renovated including an open kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances, marble bathrooms, and washer/dryer in the unit. The building has great amenities including a pool, golf simulator, renovated fitness center, roof deck, spin studio with Peloton bikes, men’s and women’s steam room / sauna, music room, etc. Located in Long Island City, it’s a 7-minute walk to the Vernon Blvd 7-train stop (1 stop from Grand Central) and the Gantry Plaza State Park (waterfront park) is just across the street.
Our current rent is $6,995 / month. Please note the $5,495 rental rate listed above is per month for a minimum of 3 months. The monthly rental rate for 2 months is $5,995 / month.
