Hi there! Looking for someone to sublet my room in a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment in the East Village. There is a living room with a futon couch and lots of natural light and a full kitchen. The apartment itself is a 5th-floor walk-up, with a virtual doorman, no laundry in the building but a laundromat right around the corner! Heat and hot water is included in rent, no brokers fee, utilities are only light and wifi (about $70 per month). The bedroom has two windows, a queen-sized bed, and a dresser, the closet is in the living room.
