The apartment is very quiet and located in a great neighborhood near transportation, shopping, dining, etc. No smoking and no vaping of any substance! Guests will need to recycle and compost per NYC regulations. NYC is a Bring Your Own Bag shopping experience. The space: This room is very small: 7.6 ft x 8.8 ft with just enough room for the single bed, desk, chair and drawers. The shared kitchen, living room and bathroom are on the first floor. There are three rooms on the second floor. The guest in this room and a male roommate in one of the other rooms on the second floor share the bathroom on the first floor. The single gentleman in the other room on the second floor has his own bathroom in his room. The married owners use the kitchen and living room and have their own bathroom. Guest access: The guest of this room has access to this room on the second floor and to the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom on the first floor as well as the patio and backyard. The laundry is in the kitchen. A cabinet with dishes and pots are assigned to this guest as is space in the fridge and freezer. The married owners have their own bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared by everyone. The laundry in the kitchen and the patio and backyard are shared. Other things to note: There is a sweeping and mopping rotation for each room to clean the kitchen and living room. In addition, keeping the bathroom clean is the responsibility of the roommates and guests sharing the bathroom. Per NYC fire code, all three rooms on the second floor have interior door knobs with locking tabs.

Additional fee

Photo ID, proof of income, and a complete bank statement are required, an application form will be filled out, and a month to month lease will be signed. There are no fees but there is a security deposit equal to one month rent. 30 days minimum stay, flexible move in/move out with 30 days notice.
