Looking for someone to take over lease for the master bedroom (with full private bathroom) in a 4 bedroom apt. The bedroom is very large and sunny with tons of closet space (2 main closets and a linen closet). There is currently a queen sized bed (bedroom can fit larger bed), a tv console, two bookshelves and dressers, and two nightstands but the furniture can be removed if preferred. There is laundry in-unit as well as in the building. The kitchen, laundry, living room, and balcony are shared with roommates.

Roommates include 1 male (late 20s), and 2 females (late 20s/early 30s).

A gym membership is included with access to a sauna, study lounge, play area and dry cleaner in the building.

Beginning of April move-in is preferred.
