My family and I are going to be moving back to our home state in June to be close to family again.. We are looking to break our current lease and the management company wants me to find our replacement tenants.

We live in a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment on the Upper West Side (63rd and West End). The apartment is 1,100 square feet. There’s a children’s playground across the street, children's playroom in the building, concierge, doorman, laundry facilities, wi-fi zone, complimentary shuttle bus, it’s pet friendly and has a gym and pool. Bright Horizons school is located in the building as well.

The apartment has a lot of closet space, in unit washer and dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Furniture is not included. Rent is $8400/month and the lease is valid until 8/31/24, with easy renewal. The lease would start on approximately June 10th (will discuss dates). DM if interested, serious inquiries only.
