Property Details

My cousin and I have been living here for 3 years, we are both moving for at least a year and want to rent our apartment out for 1 year with the possibility of staying longer if we choose not to return after 1 year.

The apartment is a 4th floor unit with the duplex leading onto the roof terrace.

It is a duplex 3 bedroom with the upstairs bedroom having a private half bath that was converted into a closet. It also has sliding doors onto a vast rooftop terrace

The main floor has the kitchen/living room and another terrace.
The other 2 bedrooms are on the main floor also. both fit a queen bed and desk, dresser, and nightstand. One has a large closet and the other has another private balcony.

The main bathroom has a lot of space and sunlight. The kitchen is modern, and it receives great sunlight.

Furniture can be left or taken out.
