(FEMALES ONLY) This single room in a 2 bedroom unit is $1,525 per month, plus an additional ~$100 a month in utilities. The apartment is in the perfect area with multiple trains accessible nearby. The east village begins a block or two over, it’s a 5 minute walk from Tompkins square park, and ~12 minute walk to SoHo. The building next door has laundry service. The street has a number of cafes and bars, and the area has so much to offer including food, drinks, book stores, etc. The bedroom contains central heating, and the building covers hot water and heat. There are designated spaces in the bathroom and kitchen for your belongings. The bedroom, although very small (~52 square feet), is very cozy and perfect for someone who works long hours in the office. There are no big or pest issues, and the apartment is flooded with natural light during the day.

The full size bed is new and will be staying, and I will sell the open closet system if interested. Happy to give $100 off first month’s rent if someone can sign the contract asap.

Additional fee

A signed contract for the sublet will be required, as well as your last two paystubs, and proof of employment.
