Hi!

I've lived in this building for 15+ years and it's lovely.
I have a room opening up in my clutter-free and maintained 2 bedroom apartment.
A cute and calm block but the heart of the East Village, Alphabet City and the LES!

Whole Foods, Key Food, pharmacies, delis and great restaurants and bars all easy walking or biking distance.

Open to shorter term.

Asking for first month rent and the same amount for last month/deposit.
Will be rented on a monthly basis where either myself or sub-renter must give 30 days notice but hopefully long-term is in the cards.

Must love dogs! I have a clean and sweet and beautiful dog that will be super excited when you come home but is otherwise calm at home and gets plenty of walks.

I'm a male freelancer in my late thirties, a fashion and portrait photographer mainly. Ideally you have a full-time job with expected hours as I'm at home a bit, and we can feel out each other's schedules.
Someone who is quiet and super clean and does their own thing.
Someone who would ideally become a close friend.

I've always only had female roommates, so that works great for me!
