Due to a significant life change, I am moving early out of my apartment in Spuyten Duyvil/Riverdale neighborhood of the Bronx.

I need to leave by end of June 2024, and need a tenant to take over my lease July 2024- Sept 2024, with the opportunity to sign a one-year lease in September 2024.

This apartment faces a river and has a beautiful view on the 21st floor, has almost 1000 square feet of space. This apartment has 2 walk-in closets, 2 extra closets, a lot of storage space, and enormous ceiling and windows. The building has a 24/7 doorman to collect packages and check guests, large laundry room downstairs in basement, and gym/pool ammenities.

The building is in a very safe neighborhood near many public buses, and only 5-10 min bus ride to the 1 train. I have been very happy to live here these years.

I plan to pay professional cleaning for this apartment when tenant is ready to take over lease and move in. I am selling all furniture at very low prices. I am willing to pay to clean furniture if you want to keep!! I am moving across country so genuinely happy to part with furniture. It's four years old, used but good condition.
