The sublessee has the option to use our Verizon internet/wifi service, which will cost an additional $50 per month; otherwise the sublessee can choose to install and pay for their own internet/wifi service.

Supportive documents: Applicants must submit either a letter of employment or tax records that demonstrate projected salary, or bank or financial records that demonstrate adequate funds, if the rent is being paid monthly. If the applicant is backed by a guarantor, then the guarantor must submit these supportive documents. Alternatively, if the applicant plans to prepay the rent for the entire duration of the sublease, then supportive documents are not required.
