Hi everyone! My name is Nicole and I am looking for someone to sublease my 1 bedroom in Flatiron.
This would be in 2 bed/1 bath apartment, however my roommate is actively looking as well. Feel free to message if you have a friend that would be intersted and I would be happy to connect you!
I would be looking for someone to come in until July 15th. I am pretty flexible on the move-in date but ideally looking for an April start date. The monthly rent is $1825 + utilities which are usually not more than $70. I am also willing to leave all of my furniture or take it all, depending on the need. Happy to accomodate the furnishing - truly your preference!
This apartment is a 5 minute walk to both the 6, N, R, W lines. It is between 5th and Madison, and a 10 minute walk down to all of the shops in Flatiron. It never takes me more than 20 minutes to get uptown or downtown. Whole Foods is a 4 minute walk and Trader Joes is 9 min walking. There is a self-service laundry 6 minutes walking and several full-service places that are 2 minutes walking away.
