I’m looking for a roommate to renew my lease with me in an apartment in Long Island City; lease renewal date is 4/15/2024. I am looking for females only – sorry! Details for the apartment/building are below.

I am looking for a respectful & clean individual in her late 20s – mid 30s. I work from home most of the time but go into the office from time to time. I also like to have a social life and go out every now and then but don't have a ton of people over in the apartment itself.

Details about the apartment:
There is one bedroom in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment available for rent. Washer & dryer in unit as well as a dishwasher. The room can fit a queen-sized bed and you would have your own bathroom across from your room as well.

Majority of the apartment will be furnished in the living room already plus or minus some small things in the living area. You will need to furnish your own room & bathroom, and bring stuff for the kitchen as needed.

About the building:
There is a small gym in the building, as well as a rec room with a pool table, courtyard with BBQs, small roof deck, movie room & children’s playroom. There is also a doorman/concierge & amazon lockers for packages. The building is also close to several trains at the queens plaza, queensboro plaza or court square stations.

Rent is $2,465 for the apartment portion & building amenity fee. Utilities (internet & con ed) are separate charges and will be split monthly amongst us both.
